this is a consultation rather than 30 minutes of free admin work.

£25 per hour 

For admin, research and practical support, whether carried out in your home, by phone or video, online, or independently 

on your behalf. 

Additional time - £12.50 per 30 minutes

After the first hour, additional time is charged in 30-minute blocks. Any part of an additional 30-minute block is charged 

at the full £12.50. Where possible, I'll always let you know before moving into another chargeable block so you can decide 

whether you'd like me to continue.

Home visits - 55p per mile

Home visits are available within approximately 12 miles of GL13, on this side of the River Severn. Mileage is calculated 

on the return journey. Any parking or other unavoidable travel costs will be discussed with you beforehand.

Cancellations 

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, there is no cancellation charge. If you cancel less than 24 hours 

before the appointment, or don't attend an agreed appointment, a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the booked 

appointment fee may apply where this reasonably reflects the loss caused by the late cancellation. If you rebook the 

appointment to take place within 7 days, I may choose to waive or reduce the cancellation charge, depending on the 

circumstances and whether I have suffered a loss. Any charge will also be reduced if I am able to avoid or reduce that

Payment 

Telephone, video, online and other remote work is normally paid for in advance by bank transfer. I'll confirm the

work to be undertaken and the amount due before payment is requested. Home visits are normally paid for at the 

end of the appointment, before I leave. Bank details will be provided separately. If further work is needed beyond 

an agreed prepaid amount, I'll ask for your approval before carrying out additional chargeable work.
